Case Study: Large Non-Profit with Large Number of Sessions

A large non-profit organization needed A/V production and recording services at a weeklong event for thousands of people. This event had 7 different venues, including a convention center, a hotel ballroom and a big top tent. They also had 4 different tour tracks running in the afternoon that needed both recording and amplification.

We came up with a plan to integrate all the live A/V production and recording. Our plan worked very well, and also fit within their budget. For their tour tracks our staff was able to run battery powered amplification systems as well as record them on our portable flash recorders. We were also able to handle all the last minute changes that always happen at large events. We recorded almost 100 sessions and tours that week. We edited the audio and preloaded the audio files onto MP3 players. We also handled all of the distribution and sales of the recordings to the attendees.

We continue to work closely with this organization, providing high quality recordings (both audio and HD video) as well as live production which includes IMAG and remote broadcasting.

Case Study: On-Site Sales and Distribution

A prospective client needed a recording company to do on-site sales and distribution. In past years their 4,000+ attendees were not able to pick up recordings before the venue closed. This resulted in surcharges from the venue as vendors were still in the building after the contracted time passed.

We assured them that our system delivered product quickly to the attendees and that this would not be a problem. We serviced their event and amazed them by being the first large vendor to be ready to load up, long before the venue closed.

Case Study: Help for DIY Client

We were approached by an organization that had attempted to record one of their own events. They wanted to add the recordings of the conference to their product line. However, their staff was stretched so thin that they were unable to put the time needed into the recording process and they lost many of the sessions.

We developed a customized arrangement that allows them to focus on their event and still distribute the recordings in their catalog while we ensure that they get the highest quality recordings.

Last year, Resounding Voice served at our annual convention in New Jersey. We average about 1300 in attendance and offered 30 workshops in the two day conference.

Prior to the actual conference, Joshua Erber and I corresponded via email. We worked out all the various details of the business & technical arrangements then revised and finalized the contract. All this was done efficiently, pleasantly and quickly.

At the convention, their knowledgeable staff worked very well with our sound staff. They quickly set up their customized distribution center – it is a sight to be seen! Their staff was always available to monitor each workshop recording. Their recording systems were state-of-the-art and connected easily with the amplification systems we were using. They were able to record both tapes and CDs and have them available for purchase prior to the end of each day. After the convention, they provided a link to their website for our organization to post to enable people to order workshop recordings.
