Resounding Voice provides on-site conference audio recording and duplication services for large conferences, meetings and events. With over a decade of experience in the audio visual (A/V) recording industry we have the expertise needed to make your conference a complete success.

Resounding Voice uses a redundant recording system to ensure that each of your sessions is captured clearly and is easy to listen to. Our recording system is designed to easily integrate into any existing audio system. It can also operate as a standalone unit. The flexibility of our recording setup and our experience dealing with facility coordinators and A/V staff makes our recording service a hassle-free process for all organizations that we work with.

With our booth setup we can duplicate over 100 sessions every 5 minutes. We print labels directly onto the CD’s even faster with our custom CD printer. This allows us to make most recordings available in less than 10 minutes. We not only distribute the audio in standard CD format, we also provide MP3′s onsite via: MP3 players, USB drives or CD data disks.

The cost of this service varies on the size of the conference. Larger events will qualify for our revenue sharing offers. For smaller events we work to customize a package that will fit both your needs and your budget.
